A chakra directs life energy for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. Each has a vibration that resonates to a certain frequency.

Organs associated with this center are sexual organs, sacral nerve plexus, kidneys, bladder and the circulatory system.
The third chakra name is Manipura or the solar plexus.
This chakra is located Between the navel and the sternum.
The color associated with this chakra is yellow.

This chakra manages our digestion process as well as our nervous and immune system.
This chakra represents our will center, our power, self discipline and self esteem.
The fourth chakra name is Anahata or the heart chakra.

This chakra manages the heart, lungs, pericardium, arms, hands, cardiac nerve plexus, respiratory and cardiac systems and thymus gland.
