You’ve heard the saying “you are what you eat” – well the same goes for your thoughts. We all have “programs” which affect our way of thinking. Programs defined are:  A sequence of coded instructions (as genes or behavioral responses) that are part of an organism or mechanism.

With our thoughts, if we give them enough energy, we are consciously or unconsciously creating and altering our programs. Sometimes the programs that you have may or may not be for your highest good. If the thoughts you have are loving, uplifting and for your betterment – you are doing very well. If the thoughts you have are diminishing you and making you feel not worthy or un-loved then these are not for your highest good. The programs we have stir up our physical, emotional and mental bodies and if left unchecked can cause us to feel not as ease – the root of “dis-ease”!
