Physical body
We are physical beings. When a body is in balance the body energy of a person flows with harmony, the body has plenty of energy running through it and the individual is healthy. When the body is out of balance it can cause “dis-ease”.
Emotional Body
As humans we were made with emotions. It is when we allow the emotions to get a hold of us is when problems arise.it works both ways either not expressing the emotions or being lost in them. When you do not express your emotion you keep it inside it starts to consume you.. Slowly like a volcano you will erupt. When you express them and wont let it go you enter a state of being tossed about in the sea.. and do/say things you would not normally do. By honoring your emotions while staying in neutrality you give your feelings a voice and allow them to flow through you, is a healthy way to live. you are able to maintain control over your emotions.
Mental Body
It is important to have a clear mind and maintain mental control. As human beings we have a brain so we can think, create, accomplish every day tasks. When your mental body is in balance you are able to think clearly, create, manifest, solve problems etc. When the mental body is out of balance you tend to be in over-drive. You tend to think too much, create problems that were not even there in the first place. You tend to get stressed out, wont let stuff go, are not “living in the moment” – obsessing on “should have” ,”could have” and “would have”. We then tend to attach emotions to it – which disrupts the emotional body as well as the mental! The next phase infects the physical, because if not taken care of – “dis-ease” can set in.
